We did an awesome movie in August; but it is not geared toward the meetings market. You could show the movie on a LARGE LSD panel and then have several meeting shots to target the meetings market. We could have 3 of these blown up (poster size) with the words describing the property.

PLUS…

  1. You’ll need business cards.
  2. Do you want to do a giveaway to collect business cards? Dinner for two at the December wine dinner or something less time sensitive, night at the inn (Monday-Thursday), etc.
  3. Do you want to have any other free giveaway, nice pens, gold box of 2-3 chocolates.
  4. Reprints of any press received in the meeting magazines that you could insert in the brochure.
  5. Another giveaway idea: postcard with Meeting Package Rates or special. Maybe giveaway paper cups with logo and URL of the Signature Hot Chocolate so while people are walking around they are advertising your property.
