Background: River Rock Lodge is located in the Meadow Village in Big Sky, Montana. This 29 room lodge is a cross between a small hotel and a warm and inviting lodge. Guests enjoy skiing at Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin. River Rock is locally owned and operated and the staff are Big Sky residents, offering genuine Montana hospitality.

Challenge: Increase the leisure market business throughout the year, especially in the summer months, with a very small budget.

Results: Business increased by 3% during the summer months. The website played a big factor in that increase, as it now brings in 50% of the reservations. Repeat business is a large part of the annual business. The postcard announcing the new web site put the River Rock name in front of previous guests.
