Hilltoppers Restaurant

Background: Hilltoppers opened in October 2007. A farm-to-table initiative and a new chef was announced in May 2008.

Challenge: Increase the reservations on a weekly basis, especially during the week, and from the local market.

Results: Once the marketing and PR began, the restaurant was full almost every weekend with an increase during the week.

• Designed a movie and program for James Beard House dinner.

• Developed monthly e-blast and e-mail sponsorships to boost wine dinner attendance.
